A- I offer in-home training services and have studio space at several locations in the Palm Beach area.
After
an initial evaluation, I can better advise you to the length, time,
and duration variables that will be most effective to you and your
needs.

great!!! The results with all my clients in obtaining their goals and
exceeding their goals have been tremendous. After the evaluation
process, I can better assess your needs and create a program that will
be suitable for you. How I tailor your regime depends on what you wish

Q- What is Integrated Fitness?
A-"Integrated
or Fusion" Fitness is a term used to describe a fitness program that
not only incorporates standard basics of strength and cardiovascular
training, but also incorporates other fitness fundamentals derived from
the practices of yoga, pilates, sports-conditioning, martial arts,
dance, and etc.
Q- What is mind/body fitness?
A-
Mind/Body fitness is a term used to describe the mind and body
"connection" as it pertains to fitness. When the mind and body work
together in harmony to strive to a better well-being, a powerful entity
is created. The connection make the overall body run, feel, and look
its best. Add proper nutrition and you become a living specimen.
Q. What makes your program unique compared to other integrated specialists?
A.
There are several amazing specialists who do what I do. I don't want to
compare myself to others. I stand by my services with the intention of
helping others become their personal best. Through my education and
background in this field, I feel that I am one of the top specialists
in the "mind/body fitness" industry. I work with all my clients to
become their best and give them my all. I provide a service that many
trainers do not possess in the aspect of "connection." My theories are

Q-What if I am not interested in the mind/body aspect, and I am only concerned with rehabbing an injury?
A-
That is perfectly fine too! There is a time and a place to discover
this "connection," My services include standard rehabilitation,
strength & flexibility training, weight-loss counseling, and
sports-specific training. Do what works for you. My job is to assist
you in whatever means you choose to meet and surpass your goals!
10 EASY FIT TIPS TO A LEAN, VIBRANT BODY
1. EAT ONLY ORGANIC FOODS
Eating
food that is grown in its natural state without toxic pesticides and
chemical fertilizers is crucial to insuring proper nutrition.
Constantly starving the body with GMO's will cause the body to continue
to be hungry.. eating empty calories will cause the weigh gain to be
exponental.
2. AVOID ALL PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN: SOY, GLUTEN, WHEAT, SUGAR, DAIRY, AND (ALL THE WHITES)i.e. white rice, white bread, pasta,etc.
Most
individuals have food allergies to these products. Choosing foods that
do not contain these products will accelerate weight loss and boost
